About Matthias Geiger

Matthias is co-founder of RefundMyPension and the one mainly responsible for how we communicate and connect with our clients.

Matthias spent many years in the health and language learning fields, working closely with expats in Germany. He saw first-hand how difficult it can be to navigate German language and bureaucracy.

When he met Florian, who had been helping expats with insurance and pensions for over a decade, it immediately clicked. They decided to combine their experience to create a simple, transparent way for expats to get their pension refunds — without the paperwork or confusion.

That’s how RefundMyPension began — with the goal of helping people get back what they’ve earned, stress-free.
